Emily is currently participating in two different projects. The first project is in her hometown of Chico, California where she is a strength coach for a local high school strength and conditioning facility called Sport Fit. Emily says she measures the success of this program if she helped the athletes improve their technical lifting skills, but also if she helped them improve over all confidence. Emily has been participating in her second project at the Tutt Boys and Girls Club in Colorado Springs, Colorado since 2010. She currently spends much of her time tutoring and helping at risk children with homework and school projects. One of Emily’s main goals with this project is to help improve the grade point average of the children she tutors.
